SilverSneakers®(MSROM)
Muscle Strength Range Of Motion
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Sculpt
This class uses the resist-a-balls and free weights to give you a total body work out. Strength, flexibility, and core stabilization will be emphasized. It’s great for both the beginner and the advanced student.
Yoga

ZUMBA
Mix it up in this non-stop cardio dance class with Hindi, Arabic, American, African, and Latin beats. The choreography includes body sculpting and interval training in a combination of fast and slow rhythms.
