Monday-Friday 5:00 a.m - 9:30 p.m.
Saturday 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Sunday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

 

Child Care Hours:

Monday- Saturday 8:30-11:30 a.m.

Monday- Friday 4:30-7:30 p.m.

 

Group Functional Training:

Monday 9:30-10:30 a.m.

Wednesday  6:30-7:30 p.m.

Friday 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.

Additional Sessions available by request.
